E-Bikes are sold with 6 months warranty on electrical components, motor and battery systems, 3 months on parts/components against manufacturing defects or materials failure and a 2.5 year warranty on the frame.
Other bikes are sold with our standard ex rental warranty of 3 months on parts/components against manufacturing defects or materials failure + 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects or materials failure on the frame.
All our rental bikes are well cared for during their working life, they are serviced/safety checked after every single use, keeping them in tip-top shape so that we can sell them on in the knowledge that they still have a long working life ahead of them.
