Trek 4500 & Ticket 20

Trek 4500

Our Entry level hire bike, 100mm front suspension, hydraulic disc brakes and a full compliment of Shimano components make this a capable entry level bike for Coed Y Brenin. Comes fitted with flat trail pedals. Please note we do not offer pedal options or fit your own pedals to these models.

£25.00 per day. £3.00 damage waiver.

Specialized Camber Expert

The Camber is Specialized's new bike designed to fit in the gap created by the Stumpjumper's move to 140mm. Similar to the Stumpy in terms of geometry, but with less travel and without the Brain shock, the simplicity of the Camber is its strong point - it climbs well, descends well and is a great, lightweight, all round XC/trail bike.

£45.00 per day. £5.00 damage waiver.

Trek Fuel EX 8

The Fuel EX platform was described by What Mountain Bike? as a 'Trail scorcher' and garnered a WMB Gold Award in a review where it was up against some serious competition. A light 5" travel full suspension bike, very efficient on the climbs, with a great, stable, longer travel feel on the downhills.

Specialized Stumpjumper FSR

A light and fast and efficient 5" travel full suspension trail bike, a great choice for a long day ride at CyB, quicker up the climbs than our 6" travel bikes, but not quite as stable or fast on the rougher downhills

SantaCruz Heckler

A simple, versatile trail bike with just under 6" of travel, climbs well, handles CyB’s technical descents with aplomb. If bikes could be thought of in human athletic terms, some could be compared to marathon runners, and some could be thought of more like wrestlers. Somewhere in the middle, you'd find the Heckler.

£45.00 per day. £5.00 damage waiver.

Specialized Enduro Expert

A very capable 6" Trail/All Mountain Bike. Slacker angles than our shorter travel bikes gives a more stable ride at speed over loose and rough trail surfaces. Not quite as quick uphill, but a missile on the way back down.

£45.00 per day. £5.00 damage waiver.

Trek Remedy 8

Lightweight 6" travel Trail/All Mountain machine, stable at speed, a confidence inspiring trail bike, gets up the fire roads pretty well, may save your skin on the way back down if you get in over your head.

SantaCruz Blur LT

The bike that changed the rules. The perfect CYB bike in our opinion. It climbs with ease and efficiency, descends with authority, and takes trail bike performance to a whole new level.

£50.00 per day. £6.00 damage waiver.

Terms & Conditions

  • Helmets are included in the bike hire price.
  • Bikes are provided with a spares kit (containing inner tubes, pump and tyre levers).
  • ID and deposit required for all rentals.
  • Rental period is from 10.00 until 16.30. Bikes returned late will be subject to a late return fee of £15.00 per 1/2 hour.
  • Under the terms of the hire agreement, any damage caused to hire bikes during the rental period is chargeable to the hirer.
  • We offer a optional damage waiver on all bikes which covers accident and crash damage during the hire period, please see the individual bike details for waiver costs.
  • All bikes are fully maintained and replaced on a regular basis.
  • Full suspension bikes will be set up in advance for your weight, please let us know your weight with riding gear when calling to make a hire booking.
  • Trek 4500 and Trek Ticket models are supplied with flat pedals only.
  • Top end bikes can be fitted with your pedals, or we can supply SPD’s, Crank Bro’s or flats.
