Ebike charging now available at Coed y Brenin

Electric bike charging points have been installed at Britain's first purpose-built mountain bike centre.

Natural Resources Wales has installed 16 free charging points for e-bike users at Coed y Brenin, charging is free but you will need to bring your own charger.

This is great news for riders of EMTBs as it means they can enjoy more of the Coed y Brenin's world-class MTB trails with each visit.

The charging points are free to use but you will need to bring your own eBike charger. The charging points feature a standard UK 3-pin plug socket so you can plug in and charge as you would at home.

This is great news too for riders passing Coed y Brenin on National Cycle Route 82 as they can stop and enjoy a break in Coed y Brenin's Visitor Centre cafe while topping up their bike charge for free.

Loan locks to secure your bike while charging are also available to borrow for free from Beics Brenin. Just ask a member of staff in the bike shop.
